Ten journal prompts to start a new month with intention and purpose.
The start of a new month is a good time to reflect on the previous month and determine your priorities for the coming month. We created ten journal prompts to help you visualize your priorities for the next four weeks.
A clear picture of your priorities will help you shift your energy into achieving those priorities.
To help you organize your thoughts, we divided the monthly priorities into 10 categories:
Monthly goals
Achievements
Reflection
Habits
Challenges
Gratitude
Personal growth
Relationships
Wellness
Learning
